TGS Group has a Consumer Credit Licence issued under number 282058/9. We are regulated by The Office of Fair Trading and registered with the Information
Commissioner's Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act 1998, (registration number Z1718487). Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the word ‘you’ represents the borrower and the words ‘we/us’ represents TGS London.

In order to conduct a transaction, customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and be the actual owner of the property. Every customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person.

Our provisional on-line offer is not contractually binding.

We reserve the right to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package, which appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer.

Should an item submitted for sale vary from the original description in a manner that affects the valuation, we reserve the right to adjust the offer either upwards (in the case of higher actual quality compared with the original description) or downwards (in the case of lower actual quality compared with the original description).

We offer a pre-paid shipping service.

If you choose to make your own shipping and insurance arrangements, you are totally responsible for all dealings with your shipping agent.

By submitting an item to us, you expressly and specifically waive any subrogation claim on your behalf as well as on the behalf of your insurance carrier. ?We shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity. ?By submitting the item, you explicitly and expressly accept this limitation of liability.

If you choose to use our pre-paid shipping service, each consignment will be fully insured up to a replacement value of £12,500. If the replacement value of any single transaction is likely to exceed £12,500, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

It is your responsibility to obtain a receipt for shipping from the shipping agent. The receipt should include a unique tracking code. This receipt is required for any insurance claim.

It is your responsibility to keep safe any documentation relating to your item(s) that would be useful in support of an insurance claim, including, but not limited to any purchase receipts, certificates, valuations, insurance documents or photographs.

If you choose to use our optional pre-paid shipping service, you are authorizing us to act for you in appointing a shipping agent on your behalf to ship your item(s) to and from our premises.

When you place an order to purchase an item from this website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase the goods specified in the order.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or from where fraud is suspected.

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfillment company or a full refund.

We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
